The DOJO Mentality
When creating our program we were continually faced with a dilemma. That was: how do you effectively train people who have a lot of experience along side people with little experience and have them both benefit equally from the experience?
We finally realized that the only place we had ever seen that done was in Martial Arts or more specifically, Mixed Martial Arts and Karate. In the dojo, black belts, white belts and all the other belts in between train and workout together.
Once we realized this, our entire goal for the structure of our product has been to duplicate the dojo experience. Our group training works amazing due to the synergy our this dojo mindset.
